Portal is created and is supported by the regional center of the information texnologies ([RTSIT]) of the Pskov province. It functions on the base of the system, developed specially for operational provisions of regional educational portals and sites of educational institutions.

Composition of the works:

• the development of the design of the site
• the imposition of the design- mock-ups of the pages
